Our Teachers and Owner

Ability to Groove was started by Alexis Fox, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and professional dancer with a passion for combining her two worlds. She created Ability to Groove to create a space for people within the neurodivergent community to be surrounded by peers, dance, socialize, and be confident in who they are! With that in mind, she has carefully chosen people with similar ideologies to teach all classes. All of our teachers are young professionals who have a passion for dance, and for working and providing services for people within the neurodivergent community. Each of them have experience in working within the community and you can be confident in their ability to provide an inclusive and fun environment for dance! In addition to being highly accomplished in their fields, they are also energetic, positive and caring people!
